In accordance with the special provisions of Presidential Decree No. 479/1981, in areas where there are 2 to 6 pharmacies, the pharmacy on duty follows the following rules:

1. On Sundays and public holidays, the pharmacy on duty is open as usual from 9:00 to 13:00.
2. The pharmacy on duty has a lunch break.
3. On Sundays and public holidays, the pharmacy on duty is open as usual from 9:00 to 13:00.
4. At night from 23.00 from May 16 to October 15 and from 22.00 from October 16 to May 15, as well as from 13.00 on Sundays and public holidays, the pharmacist is absent from the pharmacy.
5. The duty pharmacy pharmacist places his name, contact phone number, home address on the front of the pharmacy, and serves customers if he receives a phone call.
